Length: 1 day (plus optional second day of hands on consulting)
Docker is the red-hot container solution that companies big and small are adopting at record pace. This workshop is our years of learning, consulting, and teaching wrapped into an action-packed hands-on lab with two instructors walking you through the Docker toolset.
This one-day course will teach you the fundamentals of container technology, and how you can leverage Docker in your development and production environments.
Day 2 is an optional day of 1-on-1 training using your app! Only 4 (two-hour) Slots Available!
Bring your own app(s) and we’ll work 1-on-1 with you for two hours to Dockerize and test your app. Think of it as rapid prototyping the migration of your non-Docker app. You’ll take home Dockerfile’s and Compose files we help you build.
Day 2 Schedule: We’re in classroom all day 9-5, and will assign you a two-hour window where we’ll focus just on your app on the Projector. The rest of the time you can learn from how we’re Dockerizing other teams apps, or just keep working on your Dockerizing efforts. One of us will still be available for questions.
Want to do a rapid migration prototype in a private session? Contact us and we’ll schedule a migration roadmap session or an actual private workshop to migrate your app.
